Jewelry Care
How do I care for my items?
Sterling silver and copper will darken over time. Generally just a soft cloth is all you need to keep your items bright. See my jewelry care page (on my Michelle Mach site) for detailed tips.
Stitch Markers
What size knitting needle do the stitch markers fit?
The markers generally fit a size 10.5 (US) knitting needled, although for the bulb pins, you will need to move the number charm towards the opening of the pin to make it fit a needle that size.
Can you make me a custom set of markers with my range of number of specific needle or hook sizes?
Yes, most likely! Please contact me about the specifics of your idea and how soon you need the finished markers.
T-Shirts
What sizes are the t-shirts?
To find your size, measure a t-shirt you have that fits you well. For the width, measure across the body of the shirt (not the sleeves); for the length, measure from the top of the neck to the bottom of the hem.

The size tolerance is 1.50 inches for all sizes. This means that a shirt's measurements could be 1.50 inches smaller or larger than what is listed.
Returns
Do you take returns?
Yes, I do take returns on non-personalized handmade items within a certain time period. Items must be in original shape, not worn or used.

Shipping
When will my order ship? Do you ship to my country?
I ship handmade items within 3-5 business days to the U.S. If you need something in a hurry, please contact me. Sometimes I am able to ship early, so please ask if you have a deadline! Some items such as t-shirts and mugs will come directly from a U.S. manufacturer; they typically ship within 4-8 business days. See the Shipping page for full details.
Where do you ship from?
Handmade items will ship from my home in Colorado. Other items such as t-shirts and mugs with my original illustrations ship directly from the U.S. manufacturer.
How much does shipping cost?
Handmade items will ship via USPS. Cost depends upon the weight of the package and your location. If you put an item in your cart, you will be able to see shipping costs before you complete the checkout.
Gifts
Do you gift wrap?
Handmade items will typically come in a gift box to protect the items during shipping. I can print gift messages and add a gift tag or card with ribbon at no additional charge. Just ask!
Wholesale
Do you wholesale?
Yes, I wholesale selected products to retail shops. Please contact me for order minimums and other details.
