Shipping policy

When will my order ship?

Handmade items will typically ship within 2-5 business days. This does not include weekends or federal holidays when the post office is closed.

Large orders or those with custom options (such as personalized engraving) may take longer to prepare. Orders placed during the busy holiday season (November-December) may also take longer.

You will receive a tracking number to use at usps.com when your order ships. It usually takes about 24 hours for tracking information to update online. During the holidays, it may take even longer.

But what if I need it sooner?

I offer Priority Mail shipping which is usually slightly faster. Feel free to contact me before ordering if you need an item to arrive by a certain date and I can let you know if it's possible.

(If you're contacting me on December 24th for delivery on Christmas, I can tell you right now that it absolutely will not arrive on time! It may be a season of miracles, but speedy U.S. shipping is not one of them!)

Do you include a receipt in the package?

To save paper I do not include a receipt unless it's required by law, such as for an international package that will be going through customs. If you do need a paper receipt, please contact me after you order and I'd be happy to print one for you!

What if my package is lost, late, or not delivered?

Feel free to reach out to me if there is a problem with your package delivery. Often the first step will be to contact your local post office or USPS online. You might need to submit a help request or missing mail request with the post office. Sometimes the post office may have delivered your item to a neighbor or placed the package in an odd place like under a doormat. This is especially common during holidays when temporary staff may be working.

What if my items arrived damaged?

I take care to pack your items very carefully, but if something did happen in transit, please contact me. Depending upon the circumstances, you may need to provide photos of the damaged packaging and/or item, so please hold onto everything until it's resolved!

Do you ship to my country?

I currently ship to the U.S., Canada, and Australia.
