Returns & Refunds

Sometimes shopping online is hard. I get it! If you need to return something purchased in the last 30 days, please contact me to find out the next steps.

Customers will need to pay shipping costs for returns, but will get a full refund once item(s) is returned in perfect condition.

Please save all packaging if an item arrives damaged, as sometimes the shipper will require photos or other documentation before a refund is granted.

Customized items (personalized with your name or wedding date, for example) are not returnable. I recommend buying a single sample of a custom item rather than placing a large order if you are uncertain whether it will fit your needs.
