This set of bright postcards feature a close-up of one of my original abstract acrylic paintings. You can see so many dots of different colors than you can normally see when looking at the full original painting. This makes me think looking through a combination kaleidoscope and microscope; I've titled the piece "Microkaleidoscope."
On the back of the postcard, I've created a space for the address and stamp. My name and the title of the individual piece, plus a copyright date is on the back in small letters.
Paper: These postcards have a matte front and back for smooth writing. They are 100 lb paper. This is considered a middle weight for postcards--right in between the lightest and heaviest paper options. These cards are professionally printed in a shop, not in my home studio.
Size: 4 x 6" (10.2 x 15.2 cm) This is the largest size postcard you can mail with one U.S. postcard stamp. Postcard stamps are a little cheaper than letter stamps. (Larger postcards require extra postage.)
