Celebrate spring and summer with these sterling silver hoop earrings decorated with 7 transparent acrylic flower charms in rainbow colors: red, orange, yellow, green, light blue, dark blue, and purple. These flowers were designed and cut in my home studio. They are loose on the wire (not glued in place), so they will move around when worn. The silver wire is very thin which makes them ideal for people who have trouble wearing thicker ear wires.
Metal: Sterling silver Sterling silver costs more than silver-plated wire, but is often better for those who are sensitive to metals. With cheaper silver-plated wires, only the top coat is silver, so when it wears away it exposes the cheaper base metal below. With sterling silver, the entire wire is silver all the way through. Sterling silver will naturally darken or tarnish over time. Clean the earrings with a soft cloth.
